Hervorragende Matratzen, ganze Wohnung sehr hell und ruhig, blitzsauber. Vermieter hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen und Belange reagiert und uns alles blitzschnell zu Verfügung gestellt, sogar ein Extra das vorher nicht vereinbart war, ganz herzlichen Dank!
Der Ofen im Wintergarten war ein absolutes Highlight!! Das Bad ist ganz neu, alle Gerätschaften die vorhanden sind top in Schuss. Super mit den öffentlichen erreichbar!
Uns war das Licht zu grell, ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache, für uns war es schon sehr steril. für gemütliches Beisammen sein wäre noch ein warmes Licht im Wohnzimmer und ein paar Kuschel decken toll. Und einfach ein paar Dinge die es etwas wohnlicher/freundlicher machen, da würde schon irgendein farbklecks an der Wand helfen. In allen Zimmern Nachttisch Lampen wäre auch gut. Außerdem irgendeine Art von Kaffee Maschine oder French Press oä. Und eine Teethermoskanne ( wir finden sowas gehört schon zur Grundausstattung)
Wäre super wenn man von vornherein ein Holz Paket dazu buchen könnte, wenn man mit den öffentlichen unterwegs ist.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in diesem Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment was a very comfy and well maintained place.
It had all the amenities once would want.
Since it can accommodate upto 8 people maybe 2 washrooms would have been great if the group is big like us.. but over and above that there was nothing I could think of.

a lovely veranda, perfect for breakfast or dinner; the window shutters are controlled by a home automation system; downtown Ulm is a quarter of an hour away.
