About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of the old town of Boulogne-sur-Mer, this charming duplex apartment is ideal for your stays in Boulogne. Accommodating up to 6 people, it offers a warm and comfortable setting. An ideal location to discover the beautiful city of Boulogne-sur-Mer. Free parking.
Our Duplex des Remparts consists of the following:
Upon entering, you arrive at the living area with a cloakroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, and the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils and tableware needed for your stay.
Upstairs, the landing leads to:
- A bedroom with a Queen-size bed, wardrobe, and desk area
- A bathroom with a shower, sink cabinet, and washing machine
- A separate toilet
- A second bedroom with a King-size bed, wardrobe, and desk area
Bed linen is provided for the beds and the convertible sofa, as well as towels for 6 people (bath towels and hand towels, bath mat). Only the beds will be made before your arrival.
The accommodation has a free parking space in the courtyard of the building.
Suitable for families, friends, or business trips (remote work OK).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARKING:
We have 1 parking space (only 1). Access can be difficult depending on the type of vehicle. Here are the maximum dimensions for parking your vehicle: 1845 mm in width, 4640 mm in length, and 1645 mm in height (which is the size of a Peugeot 5008 phase 2). It is recommended to back into the courtyard.

Great apartment, good communication from and with owner and in a lovely location. We stayed only one night but the flat would be a comfortable base for much longer. Highly recommended

Amazing location for a great little flat that was well stocked with all you need. Only slight criticism is that a welcome sheet would be nice, explaining where to find the WiFi code, requirements for check out etc.
