About this apartment rental
It is on the first floor of a building steeped in history formerly boarding house that this comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped and decorated with taste will welcome you. Its many windows open onto the Notre Dame des Sables Church listed in the inventory of historical monuments and its neighboring villas listed in the inventory of French seaside heritage.
Its Nordic-inspired furniture will allow you to enjoy in all seasons the charms of the Côte d'Opale and the beautiful sandy beach of Berck-sur-Mer.
The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the beach, the promenade and shops and different Berckois hospitals. A few blocks away, a small supermarket remains open until 21H. Every Wednesday and Sunday you can enjoy the traditional market at the foot of the Church.
The contemporary kitchen equipped with new appliances (integrated fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso ...), opens onto the large living room.
The flat screen attached to the wall will be oriented to your wishes side living room or dining room.
A sleeping area equipped with 3 bunk beds each with lighting, a power socket and a USB socket ... isolates itself elegantly from the living room thanks to the Japanese blackout blinds. It becomes a nest cozy but not suffocating because has its own window.
The sofa can also be converted for the night into a comfortable bed 140 (quality bedding daily).
The room is equipped with a new high quality memory bedding and a desk, a very spacious dressing room and a large mirror. The linen is provided and the bed made.
The bathroom has a tub used in shower and storage furniture. The towels are provided.
Many storage spaces are available to tenants in the room, the hall, the kitchen and the bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with a washing column (washing machine and dryer) and has a separate toilet.

Nice furnished apartment. Small defects should be repaired. There are no operating instructions for the oven. Location is perfect. Price and performance very good.

Très bel appartement, très bien placé, parfait pour aller à pieds sur l'esplanade et profiter du festival des cerfs volant et de la plage en famille.

Het appartement ligt ín het centrum van Berck, vlakbij de kerk die net gerestaureerd wordt (dus: bouwgeluid). Het appartement heeft een tweepersoons slaapkamer, een tweepersoons slaapbank en in een hoekje van de woonkamer een met gordijnen af te sluiten nisje met een driepersoons stapelbed.
Zo goed als alles is aanwezig in het appartement, het is mooi ingericht.
De ontvangst zou vriendelijker kunnen, en iets meer gericht op buitenlandse gasten.
De afspraak was dat we handdoekensets zouden krijgen, maar dat waren maar 4 handdoekjes, geen sets. Ook had de dame van de ontvangst bedacht dat we wel bij elkaar in bed konden, aangezien we niet voorzien werden van eenpersoons beddengoed.
Een paar dagen tevoren belde ze me om me in vloeiend Frans te vertellen dat ze ook nog een heel erg forse borg in CASH verwachtte… (doet dat nou gewoon via credit card via de app!) volgens zowel haar als de verhuurder staat dat in de advertentie volgens geen van ons vieren staat dat er in, evenmin als de schoonmaak kosten (nogmaals gecontroleerd voordat ik dit plaatste, het staat er echt niet!).
Als tegemoetkoming voor dit ‘misverstand’ kregen we de linnen-huur gratis, maar dus incompleet.
Berck is een typisch Frans Noordkustplaatsje met typisch strandvermaak en bijbehorende horeca; niet zo aanlokkelijk als Le Touquet.
