The price was right. It's very economical for a city the size of Rouen. The manager was very helpful with the damage deposit process. The bed was large and comfortable. The location was very near the heart of the old city.
The damage deposit process was a nightmare. I was unable to use the app to make the deposit. Even when we went to the manager's office with her helping us on her own computer, we couldn't get it to work. Also, the lock on the apartment was door was very hard to lock.

Heisse Dusche mit gutem Strahl.

Historischer Altbau mit Charakter.
Nachts hört man bis in die frührn Morgenstunden bei offenem Fenster jedes Wort das auf der durchaus belebten Fußgängerzone gesprochen wird.
Keine Klimaanlage, so, dass man Fenster öffnen muss sonst ist es viel zu heiss.
KEINE TÖPFE IN DER KÜCHE. Trotz Reklamation am Ankunftstag nur ergebnislos Kommunikation.
Sehr sparsame Küchenausstattung
Schrecklich ungepflegtes und enges Treppenhaus.
Türschloss in dünner Pressholzwohnungstür verlangt Fingerfertigkeit.
Schimmel im Bad.
