We loved it the first time we stayed here in the middle of Winter so we came back this Spring.
Most of the details are posted in my previous review but there's some more to add from our second stay.
The internet is now fixed and works well, NetFlix is now fine and we were able to watch a movie. Although in such a cosy romatic cabin I hope you are able able to find better things to do than watch TV :)
If you run out of wood in the cabin for the woodfire there's a wood pile behind the back of the cabin with more logs and a separate wood pile with kindling further down the path past the cabins.
We cooked in the cabin this time as well. The oven is great but the stove top takes a while to heat up and is not that powerful so things take a little longer to cook - not a problem just something to bear in mind. The garage in Bronllys has a supermarket in it - much bigger inside that it looks from the outside - with a great selection of local fresh food with long opening hours. There's also a good Co-op supermarket 5 miles away.
Nothing to dislike - this place is fantastic.

We loved our stay in this cabin, converted from a short railway carriage it was super cosy.
When we were there building works were ongoing that meant we have to park a short walk from the cabin but the owners were there to guide us to the cabin, it was only a minutes’ walk.
The cabin although small is well thought-out with all the facilities you need and plenty of storage. The bed is in the roof of the carriage on top of some of the drawers, we found the bed to be very comfortable.
At the foot of the bed is a large screen TV, again very cosy. How ever we found internet to be a bit patchy and so Netflix did not work for us.
There’s a log burner to keep the place toasty with plenty of firewood – when we were there the weather was bad but we were nice and warm in the cabin.
There’s plenty of mains power outlets are available – to plug in chargers for phones and laptops.
The shower is good and the bathroom has an electric heater so also stays warm.
The owners were friendly and helpful.
We will be staying here again.

Fantastic to have access to the walled garden after-hours! And a lovely flower bouquet arranged from the garden by request! We visited "Foyles" nearby for dinner which was delicious! And there seems to be quite a few other great food options nearby, and the garden cafe for lunch/in the day.
A few small insects etc can get in which my partner wasn't fond of, but to be expected with the type of accommodation and setting. Not really a problem, less than you would expect if you were to go camping.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. We especially liked walking around the garden grounds with a cup of tea on the eve of the Summer Solstice.
If coming in June remember to bring hay fever medication!
