Todo muy bien. El acceso, los apartamentos, la limpieza, los accesorios, la ubicación. La verdad que todo muy bien.
Creo que el aparcamiento debería de estar al menos algo explicado o específicar y ayudar al extranjero con el tema de aparcar. Sólo por ayudar y saber dónde aparcar y qué se debe pagar.
Pero bueno sólo es mi opinión pars loa próximos

Casa pulita e completa di servizi.
Tutto bene, ma un solo consiglio: per soggiorni di più giorni o con bambini sarebbe meglio mettere a disposizione almeno una scopa e una paletta (in tre giorni di briciole se ne producono molte).

The location was easy to find.
The communication with the host was terrible. Before our arrival, I confirmed that they could issue an invoice for the stay, and they assured me they could. However, even a month after we left, no invoice was provided—only repeated apologies each time I asked about it. They also responded very slowly during our stay, which felt quite unprofessional.
The cleaning was disappointing as well, with spider webs visible in several places. Additionally, when there’s a coffee machine, you’d normally expect a few complimentary capsules, but there were none. The same goes for the washing machine—no detergent or anything provided. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The AC also smelled a bit odd.
And the turist tax was not included in the booking fee and they told us about it a few days before arriving.
