A apartamento é grande e possui duas suítes, uma sala de estar/jantar e uma cozinha equipada. Próximo da praia e de restaurantes. O fato de possuir uma vaga de garagem foi muito bom.

A explicação de como entrar na garagem é um pouco confusa, mas no final deu certo.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Waschmaschine und Trockner hatte die Wohnung auch, was sehr toll war. Es gab Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife, Spülmittel und Waschmittel. Die Wohnung haben wir schnell gefunden**;** auch der Schlüssel war einfach zu finden dank des Videos, das wir vom Besitzer bekommen haben.“

Die Stühle waren wackelig, und die Spülmaschine war nicht festgeschraubt und wackelte ebenfalls. Es war schwierig, Geschirr einzuräumen, da die Spülmaschine herausgekippt. Fast gegenüber ist eine Feuerwehrstation die Tag und Nacht laut war. Das wussten wir aber vorher schon! Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Stadt und natürlich hört man da alles.

Location, parking availability

The accommodation has fairly central location, with easy access to both the pier and the beach. Overall, the property is quite average, but there are a few areas that would need improvement. Cleanliness and housekeeping could be better. There were spider webs in several places, and there were noticeable stains on the walls and the carpet. One of the mattresses was in very poor condition and was almost unusable, so it should be replaced. The host specifically asked us to contact only him if we had any questions and not to disturb the neighbors. During our stay, we asked only one question, but we did not receive any reply. During our stay, a maintenance guy came to replace the microwave. He worked in the apartment for about 30 minutes, and we had to wait the whole time, so we could not leave for our planned program. We were not given any advance notice about this.
