This was a modern and new condo in a perfect location in Santa Monica - easy walk to diner, best Italian deli ever!, SM pedestrian walkway to cafes and shops and beach/pier. The condo had an espresso maker, which we appreciated and used every day.
There was not anything we didn’t like. We were a family with 2 parents, 2 teens and 2 grandparents. We made it work with the grandparents in the master bedroom and the parents and teens in the second bedroom- it was not the most comfortable sleeping arrangements. We were willing to make that adjustment given the location, modern amenities and the view.

Parking became an issue. I paid to have parking and then ended up in visitor parking and having to park 2 blocks away the last night to not get towed.

Despite busy road outside, good location and only 10 minute walk to Santa Monica pier.
Apartment well equipped and spacious, with added bonus of pool and gym.
Wasn’t overly clean and although we mentioned this to customer service/reception, who then advised they would address this, unfortunately nothing happened. Likewise we requested our coffee pods be replenished (advised on check-in this was ok) no additional coffee pods received. A tour of the apartment block re trash, pool & gym would have been helpful, but had to locate/work this out for ourselves. Finally road outside started getting busy from 4.30am each morning, causing us to wake.
