Great apartment, very well equipped and very clean. Lovely private patio garden at rear of the property. Plenty of seating. Situated a short walk into town and the beach. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back.

There are three apartments in the house, we stayed in the ground floor in the back of the house. Apartment is exactly like in the pictures: modern, spacious, and comfortable with an AC and a nice kitchenette, plus a huge terrace with a jacuzzi, sunbeds, furniture, grill, and some pine trees giving some shade so much needed during the hot summer day. There are even towels for the jacuzzi and the beach, and a parasol you can take to the beach. We had everything we needed. Someone writes that it's a bit noisy: indeed, some music from the nearby hotel is heard, but as soon as we closed the blinds for the night, no music or road sounds reached us.
Marianna has been a wonderful host. Water and fruits waited for us in the fridge, it was such a pleasure to enjoy a cold watermelon after just arriving to island at it's warmest time of the day. We also met her by chance on the market in Rhodes and she recommended us some fresh fish - germanos - and how to cook it.
Kolympia, a pebble beach is a walking distance from the apartment. We visited also other beaches like the famous sandy Tsambika beach 11 min by car and the one in Faliraki 15 min drive, but returned to Kolympia for it's private and relaxed atmosphere and even the kids liked it most.
With a rented car location is great, just in the center of the island to explore it.
Overall it has been an enjoyable and relaxed stay in this wonderful apartment. We would love to come back and highly recommend the Alexa Luxury Suites!

Veldig rent og fint. Veldig fin leilighet med alt vi trengte. Inngjerdet og barna kunne leke trygt utenfor. Fint å sitte skjermet på kveldstid og slappe av. Parkeringsplass, gode senger og romslig.
Omgivelsene var ikke så pene og stranda som var nærme huset var ikke så bra.
