About this villa rental
Located only 270 metres from the traditional village of Kattavia and 5 minutes drive from the -world famous spot for kite and wind surfing- Prasonisi beach, our Villa Juliette can accommodate up to 6 people and one baby (in baby cot). It has two queen bedrooms and one double bedroom, with top quality mattresses. The living room is decorated with natural stone, offering a warm atmosphere for relaxing. It has also a big fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher!
Villa Juliette has a large terrace, with a 27 sq.m. luxurious swimming pool with overflow and white marbles, sun beds, big stoned barbecue and private playground (with TUV Certified Conform to EN1176 to Insure Safety Play).
The lovely external lighting creates a romantic atmosphere during the night.
The Master Bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower, decorated with traditional and modern tiles. The second bathroom has natural pebbles in the shower, giving you the sense that youre a part of the surrounding nature.
The villa offers complete privacy and its ideal for the lovers of the nature and for families with young children.
Villa Juliette is the backside villa of Prasonisi Villas Complex, offering absolute privacy and infinity view to the countryside.

The Villa was excellent well maintained and clean the local village is close buy and there are 4 good restaurants within walking distance. It was nice being at the quiet end of the island there are plenty of beaches and water sports nearby so great if you want a quiet of active holiday Our flight was late and Stamatis stayed at the Villa for a personal welcome and explanation of the Villa and the area highly recomended

Very smart, well equiped luxury villa located within walking distance of a small village that has some good taverna's and a small super market - everything you need really. Pool area is great, good sunbeds, plenty of space and shade, and a nice BBQ. A 10minute drive takes you to the best beach in Rhodes and a haven if you enjoy wind or kite surfing. The owners, Stamantis & Chrysa are lovely people, very attentive and genuinely pleased to have us as guests. We would recommend this property and location and would happily stay again.

We are in our 60s and have stayed in many different villas in several countries and we can confidently say that Villa Juliet is probably the best yet. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished, including large comfortable beds. The fixtures and fittings such as the walk-in showers and the kitchen appliances are ultra-modern and user friendly. I have limited mobility and can walk only very short distances and often use a wheelchair. This was not a problem as accessibility from the parking area into the villa was easy.
The villa is peacefully situated on the outskirts of a small village and overlooks fields and hills; the only activity being the occasional herd of goats!
The owners, Stamatis and Chrysa, were very friendly and welcoming and could not have been more helpful. They arranged a private chef, Nico Vichos, to prepare and cook our dinner on three nights. The food and service were superb and we can highly recommended Nico’s service.
Altogether our holiday was most enjoyable and we thoroughly recommend Villa Juliette to middle-aged/elderly couples or couples with children.
