В целом месторасположение апартаментов хорошее, но далековато от центра и вокруг мало каких-либо заведений. Из окна вид на далекую перспективу хороший - видно море и солнце заходит. В квартире много нужных и полезных инструментов и посуды - в целом долгосрочное проживание вполне комфортное.
Входная группа в здание старая и некрасивая, с другой стороны здания свалка и вид из окна если вниз смотреть как раз получается на свалку. Квартира в целом не очень светлая - окно одно и не очень большое. При этом указано в описании что площадь квартиры 90 квадратных метров - на мой взгляд она поменьше. И хотелось бы чуть больше посуды иметь в квартире.
