Among the advantages, I can note:
- excellent location
- very good beach within a two-minute walk
- convenient location, accessible public transport
- many good cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby
The only downside (as noted in other reviews) is the nightclub across the street, which creates sometimes some noise at night. So be prepared and bring earplugs.

It is a really cozy apartment on top of some restaurants.
Everything was available. Even salt and pepper.
The balcony was a kind of strange and on a really busy main street and opposite of a club. So.you couldn't use the balcony a lot. And it was noisy till the club was closed between 3 and 5 am.

Location. The owner was to helpful nothing. Closer to bus stop line 30. Lot of restaurants were too close. Nice beach as well

location, comfortable, great wifi, spacious and has tables to eat and work, clean, cooking facilities
can be noisy (this was not unexpected, i was aware when booking)
