Posizione e spazi dell'appartamento (ambienti ampi e ben attrezzati dotati di tutte le stoviglie ed elettrodomestici necessarii, la struttura è vicinissima al centro di Aosta e a pochi passi da tutti i servizi essenziali), velocità nelle fasi di check in e check out, efficienza e disponibilità dello staff (lo staff è molto efficiente e risponde subito ad eventuali richieste).
Pulizia dell'appartamento (appena entrati il forno era sporco e c'era una macchia appiccicosa sul pavimento della cucina, è presente della polvere nelle stanze), parcheggio a pagamento (essendo una pertinenza dell'appartamento potrebbe essere anche gratuito invece che pagare 10 euro al giorno), molte volte l'acqua del bagno aveva una pressione bassa ed è stato difficoltoso fare la doccia (soprattutto quanto entrambi i due bagni erano in funzione).

Edificio affascinante, ben ristrutturato e in ottima posizione
La pulizia è da rivedere, copriletto e federe dei cuscini sporchi e mai sostituiti sebbene lo avessimo richiesto, tavoletta del water rotta, due sedie su 6 sgangherate (ed eravamo in sei occupanti!), asciugacapelli inutilizzabile.
