① オーナーであるユージーンさんのホスピタリティとサポーティブな姿勢は旅行者には頼もしい限りです。
② 彼はこちらが質問したり、リクエストすると、すぐにWhat'sApp で情報を広く教えてくれ、自分の考えやお薦めの理由も伝えてくれます。観光情報や旅行情報だけでなく、使い勝手の良いスーパーマーケットや、美味しいジェラート屋なども、頼まなくても教えてくれました。「こちらから言わなくても、かゆいところに手が届く」、そんなホスピタリティを感じました。
③ 繊細で合理的な客室設計なのでとにかく快適です。また、客室は広く、清潔です。そして細やかな点まで合理的で、よく考えられているので、日常的に旅行している私でも、何気ないことにも感心することが何回もありました。
良くなかった点はありませんでした。
① 強いて言えば、鉄道駅から歩いて10分以上かかることですが、路線バスのバス停が近くにあるので問題ありません。そのバス停からは、アオスタ駅だけでなく、クールマイユールにも行くことができます（1時間に2便程度ですが）
② 客室は普通のビルのワンフロアを使っており、ビルの入口を探すのが難しいので、事前にオーナーに連絡して確認しておく必要があります。
③ ビルのエレベーターが古くて狭いので、最初はびっくり人がいるかもしれませんが、ヨーロッパではよくあるエレベーターです。レトロなエレベーターなので逆に面白いかも。
④ フロントがないので、観光中、重たい鍵を持ち歩かなければならなかったのが、唯一面倒だったかな。

We needed a last minute booking on a Saturday night, and something air conditioned being very hot days (36 degrees) in Aosta. This room had great air conditioning, and a comfortable bed and the location is close to the old city which was great too. We had a very warm welcome too by the owners parents.
Room didn't fully match the booking description on Booking.com. Cooktop wasn't available but luckily the owner brought one too us. No free toiletries as advertised either. Eternal private bathroom was not private as others on the floor were using it. Lot of money for one night.
