The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Granville. I stayed with my 82-year old mother who managed, despite using a crutch while she waits for a new hip later this summer. The little kitchen is very convenient, but beware of the scalding hot water! It's amazing, but a shock if you are not used to it. The bedroom is simple and lovely. The apartment is filled with natural light and looked freshly painted.
The sofabed has a good mattress, but is oddly high in the middle! However, this property would usually be booked for a couple, so this should not be a problem. The communal entry is not so inviting. Fortunately, you are not staying in it! Loud people in the street below late at night - not the fault of the property - take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. Likewise, there was a very loud event at the other end of the walled town / haute ville on Thursday night. I had never noticed how noisy seagulls can be at night!
