l'appartement est très mignon, très propre et la vue sur les toits + l'église et la mer à l'horizon fait qu'il mérite le nom de 'Bellevue'
propreté, design, qualité de la vaisselle (verre pour champagne, pour vin, pour eau, machine à café avec dosettes et madeleines offertes + petites bouteilles d'eau etc, c'est vraiment très agréable pour les gourmands comme moi..

Aspect extérieur immeuble ! Accès studio escalier peu accueillant , poubelle salle de bain TROP petite, micro ondes TROP haut, un deuxième ventilateur serait le bienvenu ou climatisation Notice utilisation plaques cuisson Vue extérieure pas terrible, insonorisation plafond mouettes TROP de bruit la nuit
