Right in the old town. Great location.
Air conditioning was great. Beds had curtains.
Nice to have a kitchen available (including fridge, stove and microwave).
One bathroom was shared between 14 people. So if someone was in the shower, you had to wait to use the toilet or to brush your teeth.
Staffing was intermittent. I had to wait a while to check in because my bus was late and I did not arrive at my estimated time.
Kitchen was not very clean. I had to wash a pot from the cupboard to cook a meal (it was caked with old food). Kitchen floor was dirty. Cleaning cloth smelled very badly (there was no tea towel or hand towel).
