地理位置極佳，距離尼斯、昂提布、坎城都不遠，提供兩個停車位，社區管理的很好，周圍環境也很棒～客廳落地窗面對賽馬場，風景優美，空間非常大並設有2套衛浴、1間洗手間，第一晚其中一間淋浴間的排水堵塞，隔天早上九點管理員準時前來協助我們通水管，真的很感謝！
Self-checkin需要自行到社區管理室的儲藏室內領取鑰匙，社區管理員的態度不佳，儲藏室在陰暗的角落，若不會講法文入住會稍微困難。

Wat frustrerend was dat ik elke dag een sms en mail kreeg over geluidsoverlast terwijl je met 10 personen in een appartement zit
