Nicely located close to the beach, promenade and the city center, spacious balcony with a side view of the lake.
Check-in and check-out are not contactless, so you have to prearrange the meeting with the owner to take/return the keys.
No hairdryer and no corkscrew (these two are small but quite essential details in any short-term accommodation in my opinion)
WC and/or shower is leaking, few times I had to mop the paddle in the bathroom, which appeared from nowhere when I was outside

I was very much impressed with Mr Marin and son, they helped us get to the apartment and helped us to get parking when I couldn’t find parking and it was a good thing they told me where to park because that night the police was giving tickets to all the people parked on the opposite side. Everything was near and close to the beach.

The cleanliness was at a high level. A comfortable, well-maintained apartment that made you feel at home. The location is close to Lake of Pogradec, and the balcony offers a beautiful lake view. A quiet place with no noise or music from nearby venues. The price was excellent for a family. A choice I would return to without hesitation!
