We loved everything and really enjoyed the place. Very close to the lake and many stores nearby. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the apartment was very clean and gorgeous. We spent Christmas and New Years here :) would come back many times with great pleasure.
No issues. Winters get colder, but the AC and heating unit were helpful.

Super clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful view! The host was very friendly and helpful. We were a few minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Great place!

We loved everything about our experience at Roland\s Guest's Apartment! The room was clean and very comfortable, including the bed. We enjoyed having a kitchen, which even had oil, salt, sugar, etc. in it, to make it user friendly, and a washing machine with a clothes line and clothes pins. Roland is a great communicator and very helpful, he even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station since we did not have a car. We were sorry to leave!
If you have accessibility issues, this would be a rough place for you to stay, because there is an elevator, but it only starts one floor up from the ground level, and ends on the 6th floor (the apartment is on the 7th.)
