Ruhige Lage.

Steile Treppe zum Appartement, defektes Licht, daher schwierig das Schlüsselloch zu finden, wackeliger funktionsuntüchtiger Kleiderständer im Gang, nur ein Nachtkästchen im Schlafzimmer, keine Nachttischlampen, schummriges Licht am Fußende des Bettes, Küche nicht sauber, im Bad sind am Waschbecken und Bidet noch die Artikeletiketten von „Geberit“ angebracht usw.
