Buona la posizione vicino al centro con una breve camminata. Buono il riscaldamento e la pulizia del locale. Un po’ meno fruibile la dotazione in cucina, il bollitore e le stoviglie non erano lavate bene, e la macchina del caffè non funzionava. Comunque la signora Sara della gestione era cordiale e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande al telefono.
Il parcheggio sia in strada che nel parcheggio vicino è molto costoso. L’appartamento è al secondo piano quindi ci sono un po’ di scale da fare.

We had a really nice stay in Parma!
The host was very helpful, providing clear instructions before check-in and useful written information inside the property. They also helped us find a good parking spot and explained the local parking rules, which made everything much easier.
The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable - a bit small, but perfect if you’re traveling and spending most of your time exploring the city. It has everything you need: a comfortable bed, hot water, and a small kitchen to make coffee or a quick meal. It also has a small balcony with a great view, which was a nice touch.
The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the city center.
Overall, a great experience - we’d definitely recommend it!

Bon emplacement, près d’une station de bus.
Tranquille.
Quatre étages à monter, sans ascenseur.
Manque d’un fauteuil.
Manque de torchons de cuisine.
