About this house rental
Enjoy a charming and comfortable stay in a 3-bedroom Period townhouse only a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Jephson Gardens and Leamington Spa town centre. Warwick Castle is only a 10-minute Uber away! The house has toasty central heating, fast wifi, and a large TV with Netflix in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd expect including a dishwasher and washing machine. The family bathroom has a roll-top bath with a powerful shower. Street parking is free.

100% of payments made are refundable if you cancel your booking with a minimum of 5 days' notice before your booking check-in day. We all had a wonderful stay in this lovely property that was perfectly situated near the centre of Leamington. The house was perfectly clean and really well equipped. Each of the bedrooms were lovely and nice to have different levels to relax with various ages in the family. Through our stay we visited Chesterton windmill, the Wave water park in Coventry and Planet Ice skating in Coventry, all within half an hour drive. I enjoy running and Newbold park was right on my doorstep so not only were we within 5-10 minutes walk of the centre of Leamington, we also had a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy a run, walk or cycle just a few minutes from the house. Thank you for our stay.
