Good location
Beds need new mattresses and you need to remove the radiator covers in winter as the block the heat which makes the living room colder than the rest of the property

Love the location and the parking space, we reversed in as a little tight but it was absolutely fine! So close to shops, restaurants and parks and a lovely feel to the home. Clean and had everything needed! Great facilities with TV too.
A little tired, peeling paint in places, stains on sofa, cracked tiles and bath a bit broken. Dirty windows on outside too. Mums bed was not so comfy a dip in middle of mattress. Absolutely acceptable but it is advertised as luxury so I’d say these things should be sorted out!
