About this house rental
Modern and inviting vacation home only about 350 m from the lovely beach at Købingsmark. The vacation home is 64 m² and was built in 1992. In 2016, it underwent a partial renovation and is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump. The house is built with good materials and is energy efficient. The bright living room is open to the dining area and the bright kitchen. The style of the house is consistently light and friendly. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, there is an 80-liter freezer, washing machine, and wood-burning stove. There are a total of three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed. Bathroom with shower. For entertainment, you will find a TV with Chromecast, Blu-ray player, DVD player, radio, CD player, and PlayStation 3. Wireless internet is available. The house has a cozy terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view of the grounds. There is a 10 m² open terrace and a 6 m² covered terrace. There is a tool shed and barbecue. The house is located on a 656 m² garden plot with a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). It is approx. 350 m to the sea. From the cottage, it is approx. 3 km to Nordborg town, where you will find a large shopping center and various restaurants. Not available for rental to youth groups.
