This modern villa with private pool enjoys a privileged and panoramic location in the elite suburb of Kommeno, near the cosmopolitan Dassia, and offers the most sensational views over the sea. Sleeping up to 8 / 9 guests in carefully furnished interiors, featuring 4 en-suite bedrooms, Villa Estasia is set to impress and to establish a new level in comfort, providing a superior holiday experience even to the most demanding guests. Nothing has been left to the case at Villa Estasia: decor, details, fittings: all has been carefully chosen and designed with style in mind, to fully enjoy the truly Greek hospitality with an added touch of contemporary luxury.
Inside, Villa Estasia is set over 3 floors, all providing sensational views over the sea. The lower floor, at pool level, has a beautiful double bed and en-suite shower room. Big patio doors provide direct access to the private pool. The middle floor offers to the guests a stunning living area, with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, seating area and panoramic windows. On this floor there are also 2 further en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin (the beds can be anyway joined to form a double if required). The upper floor is occupied by the 4th bedroom, a true heaven with a panoramic private balcony, en-suite bathroom and double bed + sofa bed ideal to accommodate the 9th guest. For the comfort of the guests, the property is fully air-conditioned, equipped with fast StarLink internet, and all the bedrooms have smart TVs as well as safes. The style, equipment and class of Villa Estasia are second to none!
If the indoor areas of Villa Estasia are truly special, the outdoor areas are mesmerizing. Featuring a large private pool (measuring 8m x 4m – depth 1.5m, with natural water filration system), equipped with high quality sunbeds, pool towels, hammocks and shades, this is an oasis under the shining Greek sun. The views stretch all over the bay, for unforgettable hours relaxing and enjoying the pleasant local breeze. The pool is also beautifully lit at night. For delicious al-fresco meals a poolside shaded dining area with barbecue is available. Private gated parking is also available within the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of linen/towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

Sometimes you worry that the photos won’t live up to the actual place. Well the photos didn’t do it justice to be honest! Absolutely beautiful villa with incredible views, easy to walk to restaurants and little beaches. The villa had a gorgeous pool, balconies from each room, laid out really well and the most fabulous balcony from the top floor bedroom. The bathrooms were all spotless, great showers, and the bedrooms all had stunning views. Lovely outside eating area, little area around the side, very quiet and private. Very comfortable, didn’t want to leave!! Thank you so much, highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your gorgeous villa. We truly loved it it is beautiful in every way with such stunning views. We were warmly welcomed, nothing was too much trouble. Visual aspect of the property did not disappoint and given the hillside position it comes with quite breathtaking views.The spacious upstairs bedrooms have well fitted en-suites but surprisingly ( and our only negative) the shower in the Master Bedroom en-suite looks tired and requires an upgrade.The impressive lower ground floor bedroom leads directly out to a good child friendly swimming pool. Comfortable sun-loungers a hammock and large parasol are provided. All this is supplemented by a fabulous outdoor eating area. Perfect for BBQ’s. We were a tad unlucky that it was wasp season and the lawn areas were a breeding ground which meant we decamped indoors to enjoy our cooking. We were told by Tolis (our contact) that this was a very rare occurrence. That aside this is definitely up there with the best pool areas we’ve been to and probably could only be bettered if there was an outside toilet. A car is an absolute must for shopping as the elevated position means a walk up/down is not practical but with a vehicle there are plenty of Super or Mini Markets in the local area.Restaurants within close walking distance are excellent; Mylos, Panorama, Aprovardo and Pelagos all worth a visit.And finally Corfu Old town is a great place to spend a day. Like the airport it’s around a 40 euro ride away. Overall for us a great holiday in a beautiful villa.

Wow, what an absolutely amazing villa. The location, views, positioning of the villa and pool could not have been better. Each room had a balcony and view. Rooms were a good size with its own bathroom. This sun was on the pool all day and the large undercover area outside was perfect area with bbq, sink. utensils and fridge. The restaurants around the villa were walking distance and all great food. You definitely need a car for food shopping and exploring and roads were narrow leading up to the villa. There’s a fantastic butcher about 5 mins drive away with amazing meat for bbq, much better than the supermarket meat. Fab boat trip with Funsea Paxos & blue caves. Airport was 25 mins away and Corfu old town around 20 mins. Katerina and her brother were very attentive, checking and making sure we had everything we needed. We have travelled a lot and can honestly say this is one of if not the best villa we have stayed in. We were a party of 8 age range from 25-65. Just perfect & memorable
