About this cottage rental
Great Place to make Family memories! Awesome 3 story lighthouse with fabulous views from all the windows and including massive outdoor deck surrounding 3 sides of the lighthouse. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats.

Cute little home with cute features. Quiet peaceful area. The kayaks & paddle boards were awesome to have and we really appreciated that. Overall enjoyed our stay & communication with the host was great.My complaint is the house just really wasn't clean and there were some items that did not work that were provided. I don't consider myself the best of housekeepers but these things I did notice & they made me feel uncomfortable. Upon arriving there was dirt and debris all over the top of the trash can & on the shelves behind it. I cleaned it up & when I moved the trash can it looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped under in a while. The chair in the living room was dingy looking, it had crumbs & popcorn in it. The shiplap in the kitchen had splatter marks all over it & needed a good wipe down. Also behind the doors in the bathrooms had dirt & hair on the floor. Around the toliet looked as though it had not been mopped or swept around in a while along with some other things.Be aware the kitchen has no storage containers, salt or pepper, & only 1 good size bowl to put stuff in, like salads. There were other things provided that were nice like oil and some condiments. Keep in mind there is no ice maker & the drink cooler would not work. So we had to buy ice to keep our drinks cold in our cooler. Also we couldn't get the hair dryer to work. My husband also could not get the ignition switch on both grills to work & he had to light them manually.
