Enjoy Greers Ferry Lake at this newly renovated 4BR, 2BA home on a quiet street by the lake, a 1/2 mile from the marina. This updated home offers all of the makings for a relaxing getaway, complete with a huge deck and patio with multiple outdoor dining tables, two kitchens, a game room with ping-pong, a large fire pit, and office space with fast wi-fi. There are no stairs inside of the home. The home is made of two separate living quarters with stairs on the outside.
Don't be surprised if you see a family of deer walking through the yard in the morning or at dusk. Venture to Sugar Loaf Mountain via the ferry at the nearby Marina or rent a boat for the day. Very beautiful property and plenty of room and amenities. Beautiful backyard with view of the lake and fire pit to gather around. Downstairs and game room very nice to hang out. Owners very responsive and flexible.
