Alles! Super freundlicher Kontakt vor der Ankunft inklusive aller benötigter Infos zur Anreise. Top Service bezüglich Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft hat Stil. Ist blitzsauber, herrlich schnörkellos und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich werde den Guten Morgen Kaffee mit Blick auf den See vermissen. Ich komme garantiert wieder. Selten so gut entspannt nach einem sehr langen und anstrengenden Tag im Job. Vielen Dank!

The apartment overlooks the Bodensee (Lake Constance) and is located on the waterfront promenade close to the town centre. It’s situated above a restaurant and access is through a doorway from the front of the Restaurant.
Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful.
There is an elevator to all floors which makes moving luggage easy.
My apartment was a spacious Studio with a comfortable bed, had a well equipped kitchen with small stove & microwave oven. The shower room was large, there was plenty of room to move around. The apartment was very clean and modern.
Close by there are shops of every description including a small supermarket.
Parking is also available in the underground parking garage by the Post office. I never had a problem getting a parking space. Payment is made when you leave.
Discounted visitors parking can be arranged when you check-in at the property.
Uberlingen is a pretty town with many fine old historic buildings.
The town is connected to other towns that surround the lake by a comprehensive range of ferry’s for walking & cycling passengers. These include some large ships which offer connections to Switzerland and Austria. The small ferry terminal is close to the property.
I found it interesting watching the various vessels come and go during my stay. They appear to be very punctual. There is also a railway station in the town.
Nothing to mention…
A suggestion perhaps, there was no armchair or relaxed soft seating. There plenty of space for some…it would have been nice to have. This didn’t spoil my stay
I shall definitely stay here again

The rooms have lake views and the staffs were very concerned with their customers when trapped at the lift.
