Centrally located in the village, in a quiet area and about an 8-minute walk from the harbor, a small supermarket, the tourist office, the free natural bathing beach, and several restaurants, you'll find Residence Bodenseeperle with the cozy "Lindau" apartment on the first floor.
The front door and key safe are located behind the house, near the garage.
The comfortable apartment features a living room with TV, mini stereo, Wi-Fi, sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom offers a large washbasin with mirrored wall, a shower with overhead rain, and a toilet. There is also a small cloakroom area.
Shared board games and books are available. Families with children benefit from a baby cot (travel cot) and high chair.
A covered balcony with seating for 4 and a sun umbrella invites you to relax.
Each apartment includes a parking space, located on the south side between the brown wooden panels and the green hedge. The parking space is signposted.

Pros: Alles war perfekt. Fernseher mit allen Schikanen, tolle Elektrogeräte in der Küche und ein grosses neues Badezimmer.
Cons: Das mit dem Seeblick ist ein bisschen übertrieben, wenn man zwischen den Häusern durch schaut sieht man schon den See aber als Seeblick kann man das nicht anpreisen.
