Es ist eine ruhige und doch zentrumsnahe Unterkunft, die auf einem charmanten Villengrundstück liegt. Fähranleger und Lokale sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wie in vielen italienischen Ferienwohnungen ließ sich die Heizung nicht vom Mieter beeinflussen und war trotz milder Aussentemperaturen dauer-an. Da auch das Heizkörperventil im Schlafzimmer defekt und der Heizkörper knallheiß war, haben wir die Temperatur durch öffnen des Fensters reguliert und sicher einige Euros au diese Art verbraten.
