Location in Como Lake area is exceptional.
Quite neighborhood, very near ferries’ terminal to visit towns like Varenna and Belaggio. Nice lake view. The guest was very kind all the time. Parking was very comfortable.
Both bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom are affected by the low rooftop. You have to take care not to bump with it.
Beds were ok but not the best comfortable ones in our long trip thru Europe.
In both bedrooms were some lights not functioning.
For a stay of 3 days, we had expected to have more than only 2 Washing machine soap.

الشقة نظيفة جدًا ومرتبة وكأنها جديدة، وتتوفر فيها جميع الأدوات الأساسية. الإطلالة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة، والمساحة الخارجية محاطة بالخضرة ومنازل حديثة، مما يضفي على المكان هدوءًا وجمالًا.
الموقع ممتاز، قريب من محطة الفيري التي تسهّل التنقل إلى مناطق جميلة مثل بيلاجيو وفارينا، كما أن مواقف السيارات متوفرة.
من النقاط التي قد تُعتبر سلبية انخفاض السقف في بعض أجزاء الشقة، خصوصًا في غرفة النوم التي تحتوي على سريرين، بسبب التصميم الخارجي المثلث للشقة، كما هو موضح في الصور المرفقة.
نقطة إضافية يجب ذكرها أن مواقف السيارات تقع أسفل المبنى، والمكان يحتوي على 6 شقق، كل طابق يضم شقتين، وهذه الشقة تقع في الطابق الأخير. لكن عدد الدرج في كل طابق قليل ولا يُعتبر مزعجًا.
ومن الإيجابيات المهمة أن مواقف السيارات داخلية، والمساحة واسعة، ويوجد بوابة خاصة لمكان الوقوف مما يضيف أمانًا وخصوصية.
بشكل عام، نظافة الشقة، إطلالتها الرائعة، وتنظيمها تغطي على هذه الملاحظات البسيطة، وكانت تجربة الإقامة فيها مريحة ومميزة.

The view was excellent
Dangerous staircase with no handrail at top+slippery wooden steps
Steeply sloping ceiling in bedrooms which cut down useable space. Constantly striking head against beams if not careful. Sparse bed linen provided+no clean linen on duvets+spare pillows dumped in child’s cot
Towels very thin+worn. Only one tea towel provided
Lack of hand cleanser at kitchen sink
Rather threatening notice about not touching heating controls
Garage door difficult to lock+security gate left open on occasion
Did put rubbish out as directed…sometimes collected-sometimes not
