Great location and nicely presented apartment.
A few more complimentary items to get guests started would be good such as bottle of water, washing machine tablets etc
The wording in the instructions for access is poor.
It should be made more clear that access is via key collection at a different address whatever the time. Alternatively have a key box so customers can go directly to the apartment without having to go elsewhere. The shower tray was leaking water and probably has been for sometime which results in the bathroom and the living room smelling damp
