Ottima posizione e appartamento accogliente, fornito del necessario. Comoda l'opzione a pagamento del parcheggio. Host disponibile e gentile.
Il divano letto un po' scomodo forse da sistemare in quanto in "discesa". i cuscini del divano letto davvero troppo sottili.
Come miglioria in cucina sarebbe utile fornire dei canovacci/strofinacci per asciugare i piatti non essendoci la lavastoviglie e fornire qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più..in 6 persone per 4 giorni due rotoli erano davvero pochi. In ogni caso problemi risolvibili!

I stayed here with my husband, a friend, and our two dogs, and it was the perfect choice thanks to the dog-friendly policy and two comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is very spacious, well-stocked, and clean, with plenty of balcony space (even if the views are of other buildings). The location couldn’t be better — right across from the beach promenade, surrounded by restaurants and cafés. It was so easy to walk everywhere and enjoy Finale Ligure to the fullest.
A few small details could have made our stay even better: providing shampoo/conditioner and bar soap for guests; replacing the pillows with more comfortable ones; and giving clearer check-in instructions with an explanation, followed by a picture. I also would have preferred an earlier check-in than 4pm and a later check-out than 10am to enjoy the full value of the stay.

Die Lage dieser kleinen Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern und Küche ist gut. Direkt am Stadtzentrum und nahe zum Strand. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist super, wenn auch für Mittelklasse-PKW etwas eng. Der Außenparkplatz ist nur für Kleinwagen. - Die Wohnung ist teilrenoviert. Neue Dusche, Wände neu gestrichen. Einiges ist noch zu machen. Drei (!) Balkone stehen zur Verfügung, alle mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Gebäude. Schnelles WLAN. Aufzug.
Die Wohnung hat definitiv keinen Meerblick. Die Badezimmertür klemmt und ist nur mit Kraft zu bewegen. Den Code für den Zugang konnten wir erst um 15 Uhr erhalten, obwohl 14 Uhr angegeben war.
