About this apartment rental
Spacious two bedrooms apartment in a quiet city with wonderful view on a garden, only 15 minutes away from Paris & Orly airport, close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant at the foot of the building), bus stop and green area.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), the decoration is modern and it offers you every comfort: one king size bed, one sofa bed and two single beds, fully-equipped kitchen, bathrooms and separated toilets. Ideal for a business trip and to visit Paris.
The space
My flat is located in a quiet district, close to all shops and to the big shop mall, Thiais village.
A brand new apartment that offers every comfort. Can host up to 6 people: the two rooms are equipped with two big king-size bed (160cmx200cm), a sofa bed (140cmx200cm). The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (with a real mattress thickness of 18cm for 2 people). If you are 3 and nevertheless wish to use 3 beds, thank you for making a reservation for 5 people.

It is a quiet, secure building (with lift), and the flat is all yours during your stay. I can arrange additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.
Other things to note
For late check-in (after 10 pm), there is an extra of 25€
For Party, Diner, you need to pay for all persons present at the event.
You have to pay a deposit of 500€ before check-in. The deposit is refunded at check out if you don’t organize any illegal activities.
