My kids and I got very sick and I was unable to move around. My room wasn’t messy but I had a few extra trash bags. The housekeepers complained and tried to take something of mines out of my room. They are unprofessional, lacking compassion and empathy. Hotels are literally the business of hospitality. The workers here have none. That was my experience. We need more than people who just “do their job.” We need people who do their jobs woth compassion, integrity and respect.
