Good location close to Asda, numerous restaurants and buses into central Brighton.
The property is quite small but this should be expected given its location. This means the stairs up to mezzanine bedroom are steep and narrow making them a bit tricky to negotiate if an mobility issues. With it being small it also gets very warm very quickly and becomes a choice of leaving windows open at night but then noise from the seagulls and rocking boats can make sleep difficult as well. Our biggest problem though was the amount of light, especially in the early mornings.
