Charming, comfortable Provencal house with air conditioning with swimming pool on 5000m2 of private, fenced grounds secured by an automatic gate, all with breathtaking views over the Flayosc countryside.
Situated 2km from the village center, between the sea (Saint Tropez) and the mountains (Gorges du Verdon).
It's a 15-minute walk to the village, where you'll find all the local shops (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, bank, doctor, local produce, cab, beautician, hairdresser, laundry machine).
Flayoscais love to play pétanque on the jeu de boules square, and children enjoy the two playgrounds and sports areas.
A European path, a 30km bicycle trail linking 5 Provencal villages, is just 10 minutes from the villa.
You'll be 1h from Saint Tropez, 1h from the Gorges du Verdon, 1h from Nice airport and 20mn from Les ARCS SUR ARGENS train station. Draguignan hospital is 15 m from the residence.
The house is south-facing, opening onto a large terrace with majestic views on one side, and onto the 8m/4m swimming pool on the other.
The grounds contain a field of olive trees and are planted with Mediterranean plants.
The house is on one level and can accommodate 6 people.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
There are two bedrooms, each with its own shower room and a 160/200 bed.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90/200) and a private shower room.
The 30 m2 living room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture on one side, and onto the dining room on the other, which continues into a large, fully-equipped kitchen.

The house has 3 televisions (one in the living room and two others in two bedrooms).
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a large sink.
The major asset of this house is its exterior, where you can relax by the pool, cook grilled meats on the terrace barbecue, listen to the cicadas at meals around the outdoor table and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Provencal countryside.

CHILDREN MAY ONLY USE THE POOL UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AT LEAST ONE ADULT.
THE OWNERS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS IN THE POOL OR ON THE PROPERTY AS A WHOLE.
- IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF KEYS OR REMOTE CONTROLS, REPLACEMENT WILL BE AT THE TENANT'S EXPENSE.

We (family with two teenager) spent two wonderfull weeks in that holiday hous. The hous was very clean kept and well equiped. We have not missed anything. Most phantastic is the big outdoor area - table tennis, pétanque area, beautiful plants that spend shadow in the hot summer days, and the big swimming pool just make the stay wonderful.The hirer are very obliging and helpful with the references. The villa has a fabulous outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen and great shaded area for dining al fresco. A beautiful swimming pool ( but sadly too cold for us to swim!). The kitchen/dining room is very spacious and well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioning and en-suite shower rooms. The hosts are charming and extremely helpful, and I would hesitate to recommend others to stay here. It’s a home from home.
