About this house rental
Your spacious house has been renovated with much attention to detail and tastefully furnished and decorated. It is situated on a wild romantic area of 5000 square metres with a privat pool (450 x 120 cm), natural stone walls, old oaks and pines. It is very calm and idyllic, ideal for holidays with children, with plenty of space for playing and discovering nature. You can start your long walks and bike tours in a magnificent environment directly at your house or you can stay in your own garden in a deck chair and enjoy the smell of the herbs of Provence, listen to the sound of the cicadas and refresh yourself in the pool.
The house is nice decorated in cottage style and has a dining room with open kitchen and fire place, 1 spacious room with sitting area and TV + double bed (180 cm), 2 separate sleeping rooms, bathroom with WC + separate WC.
The large open kitchen in moderne style invites you to cook and enjoy the local products. Also in the autumn and in the winter time Provence is worth visiting. The wood burning fire in the dining room gives you cosy warmth.

Great place, well described, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Pool great for cooling down. Very peaceful and our Labradors loved the garden and woods at the property. Host Franz was very friendly, told us about nice places to visit and good restaurants. Excellent strong Wi-Fi. Nice walk from house to Chatuea de Berne and day visits to Gorge de Verdon, Tourtour, Ampus etc. Massive market in Lorgues on Tuesday and many restaurants. Our favorite was Antr’nous and L’Estellan.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem traumhaften und absolut perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus!
Es liegt ruhig und schattig unter Bäumen in den Hügeln oberhalb von Lorgues, der kleine Pool und der laue Wind, der meistens weht, machen die Hitze der Provence im Sommer angenehm. Die (deutschen) Gastgeber sind direkt nebenan und immer ansprechbar und für alle Fragen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten uns Mountainbikes von www.bikehiredirect.com ans Haus liefern lassen (super Räder und pünktlich auf die Minute), das war eine schöne Ergänzung für den Urlaub (es gibt Touren in den Hügeln direkt vom Haus aus und in den Ortskern von Lorgues sind es runter 10 Minuten und rauf 20 Minuten, ca. 100 Höhenmeter).
Ein Urlaub in diesem Haus ist auf jeden Fall absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir können uns den vielen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Familie R. sind ausgezeichnete, umsichtige Gastgeber. Bei der Einrichtung des Hauses ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden - sehr geschmackvol und praktisch zugleich.
Wir hatten für zwei Wochen ein wirkliches Zuhause!

My wife and I stayed at the Chalet for part of our three week trip through Europe. The accommodation wanted for nothing. We both like to cook with all the beautiful ingredients that can be found in the markets and the lodging wanted for nothing. Lots of cooking utensils that were nice and sharp made cooking our dinners a joy. Theres plenty of room for everything and the fire place is wonderful. Once you get a hang of the driving to the chalet its a breeze. Franz and his lovely wife invited us for aperitif one night which was wonderful. It was too cold for us to use the pool but Im sure in the heat of a Provencal summer its a godsend. I can highly recommend a stay here as it is well equipped, close to everything for day tripping but guarantees privacy and seclusion once youre ready to call it a night. Thank you to Franz and his family for a beautiful holiday. Vielen dank...
