Enjoy, relax, lounge on the screened porch with a good book, sunbathe on one of the open decks, swing in the shade over the water, fish off the dock, or bring your boat!
This is a retreat, for healing, for peace, for fun.
There is a private boat ramp, slip, and lift (currently out of service) at this fabulous bayfront home! One of the few, a rare find...
Please contact us for approval if you need to use the boat equipment, (that is for experienced boaters only). A deposit is required.
No boat, that's okay, fish right off the dock, then clean and cook your fresh catch on the grill provided.
What an adventurous place to gather and vacation! After a fun day around the water, enjoy watching the evening sky change to gorgeous sunset colors. There is also a picnic table and grill under the house along with the swing for your enjoyment.
Make time during your stay to head over to the famous Kemah Boardwalk, only 3.6 miles away, for dinner, drinks, shopping, rides and festivities.
You won't want to go home, so book a few extra days if you can!

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.
Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

The home was very clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay. The highlight of the stay was the outdoor space. We spent all our free time on the dock drinking coffee or wine and looking at the lake. It was a great space for 5 adults who were in town for a wedding. Many of the reviews talked about the number of stairs in the unit. We are all in our mid sixties and had no problems at all with the stairs.

The place is very nice! Clean, good location, quiet! As some other reviews have stated—there are a lot of stairs! We had some issues—keypad to garage didn’t work, breaker tripping affecting internet & hot water—HOWEVER—manager & owner were quick to respond & remedied the issues quickly! Definitely read amenities before going shopping—they are upfront about it, but there is no foil, baggies, etc. I would suggest some cards, dice & another game or two, but overall good experience! Fishing was fun & kitchen was stocked with great dishware, pans, etc!

We loved the location and the peacefulness of the harbor. The property has many steps. Steps to get to main level. Steps to get to 2 spare bedrooms. Steps from that level to master bedroom and then steps from master bedroom to bathroom. House was clean and well equipped. We had a couple of problems but they did quickly send a repairman to take care of them. The fan in the master bathroom is crazy loud and needs attended to and the master bath mirror is an antique but not useful as a mirror to see. Just a few tweaks and this could be a total gem.The steps were okay for us but many would have a problem. It was a good workout for our legs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again with just a few suggestions for the next guests.
