Gorgeous 4 bedroom,3.5 bathroom home with 3400 s.f.This home has a Tuscany/western flair with large backyard for family gatherings with pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees. Gas grill with tv on back porch.Very large fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is stocked with pots,pans etc. for a chefs delight including 2 refrigerator.All bedrooms are very spacious with huge game room upstairs that has 75 inch HD 3d flat screen smart tv,surround sound, x-box live ,Wi and Netflix.New pool table down stairs. 3 miles to Forbes top 10 attractions Boardwalk,where the fun never stops, home to fabulous waterfront restaurants ,amusements ,festivals and seaside shows everyday and a fireworks show every friday night in the summer. Clear lake area features ,lakeside recreations ,picnic areas ,tennis courts ,boat launches ,fishing piers, disc golf,skateboard park ,jet ski/boat rental, elegant dinner voyages,10 miles of hike and bike trails with an array of wildlife ,and numerous fresh seafood markets.Seabrook is a small city located along the shores of Galveston bay.The house is located 3 miles to Kemah boardwalk,6-8 miles to Top Golf/Main Event..Fabulous shopping at Baybrook mall 9 miles away. Take a trip to Galveston 28 miles away. Nasa Space Center is 5 miles away.There is a public beach 2.8 miles from the home and Sylvan beach has 2000 linear feet of shoreline access with benches and walkways that is 8 miles away.Entertainment for everyone. The house is amazing! Subdivision is very nice & quiet. We were 7 adults & a 16yr old. We had plenty of room. If you like to cook like me, the kitchen has all the counter space you need, nice size pantry, pots & pans. I was in all my glory. The pool area was our gathering spot. I wanted to pack up both the kitchen & pool area & bring it back home with me lol. It rained 1 day so we played pool, ping pong, and card games. We were there to visit with my brother who is working in the area so we hung out at the house. But there’s stuff to do close by if you’re looking to do things. I forgot some of my clothes at home, so we found a Target which was maybe 15 mins from house, saw multiple restaurants along the way, the Kemah board walk is maybe 20 minutes from house, I am sure there’s other things around, that’s just what I saw on way to target. My brother is supposed to be there about 3 years with this job, So we all agreed that we are definitely renting this house again in the future. It was a nice relaxing Labor Day weekend, just what we all needed a long over due visit & a little R & R. Host was very responsive. House was very clean. Beds are comfy.

Amazing property! Beautiful house and pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was so sweet and helpful with everything. 10 out of 10. We will be back!

The start was good. The frequency of the owners needing to come was a little extensive but they explain due to the weather. At the end there was a dispute on the freezer dispenser. I was willing to work it out but the owner was a little understandably annoyed. So instead of working it out they charged me 350 for a missing part. That was little steep but hey
