About this house rental

Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, toilet. - Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom, under ramps, with a 160x200 bed opening onto a bathroom including a shower. - Outside : A 15 m² terrace, a 80 m² private garden. Parking of your vehicles in courtyard (80 m²) shared with owner. Washing machine located next to the gîte in shared laundry room with the owner. Gîte located near the owner's home. In Beaussais sur Mer, this holiday home will be perfect for people looking for a relaxing countryside setting while being close to the seaside. Located in a green setting, this pretty address has just undergone a beautiful renovation and offers you all the comfort you need to make your stay pleasant. It is the perfect location to discover the sublime Emerald Coast. Do you like to tread on fine sand? The closest beaches will be those of Lancieux, less than 6 km away. You will also be very close to numerous seaside resorts such as St Jacut de la mer (8 km) or the well-known ones: Dinard (11 km) and St Malo (18 km) And for those who don't yet know Mont Saint Michel, you can discover it 60 km away. Further inland from the department, take a detour via Dinan (16 km). Stroll through its cobbled streets, discover its half-timbered houses and its castle. Take the opportunity to explore the Rance, on foot, by bike or by cruise boat. 5 km from the sea, stay in this charming stone house and explore the Emerald Coast. Close to St Jacut de la Mer, St Malo and Dinard, it welcomes you on an all-inclusive basis, for the week or for a few nights.
