Eine wunderbare Location im Zentrum von Bozen.
Mitten im Palais Campofranco wurde da etwas ganz besonderes geschaffen. Alt und neu sind hier wunderbar verbunden und man entdeckt permanent neue Details - sei es bei den altehrwürdigen Teilen des Ensembles oder bei den neuen Designerbereichen.
Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Zugang durch den Blumenladen, die Dachterasse direkt am Waltherplatz, der Innenhof mit dem Gingko-Baum...man wird gar nicht fertig, die Highlights auszuzählen.
Und die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel macht die Anreise mit dem Auto supereinfach.
E-Ladesäulen im Parkhaus wären schön - da kann aber das Hotel nichts für.

Прекрасный персонал, максимально клиентоориентированный! Расположение волшебное. Номера прекрасные, качество сна безупречное. В общем лучший отель в Больцано однозначно. Собственнику огромный респект.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful! We arrived at breakfast a bit late but they still offered for us to eat even though we were not expecting to be able to do so. Everything was wonderful in the room and the location was excellent!
The only problem we had was when we tried to exit the parking structure and we were not able to do so. We paid for the parking fees of $18 and were told we had 24 hours but when we left the system said we owed $9.

We love the product and especially appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Special mention goes to Chiara who is extremely helpful and friendly!
