Tower View luxury apartment on the River

De ligging is subliem en perfect. de inrichting is super mooi. het bed ligt heel goed.

Er kon beter schoongemaakt worden. Ze sturen je een code om binnen te geraken, maar opeens werkte deze niet meer. Als je wilt bellen neemt er niemand de telefoon op. Je moet wachten tot iemand je mail heeft gelezen, was niet zo een fijne ervaring om niet binnen in het appartement te geraken. De laatste dag moet je om 10.00 uur uitchecken, er is geen plek waar je uw koffers nog kan achter laten. Aangezien onze vlucht later is, moet je maar kijken wat je met de bagage doet.

Very modern apartment, well furnished and great location for Pisa attractions and dining. Air conditioning, lovely view to the Tower and Cathedral from the balcony.

Please provide more coat hangers. Only a small expense but really helps keep clothes nice when travelling. We only had 5 in total between two people.

The apartment is in ideal location and has a lot of potential. It’s spacious and the views of the tower are brilliant.

There are just a few too many niggles that could easily be changed but by the looks of the reviews they aren’t. The arrival check in process is unnecessarily last minute. The actual process is fine, but they refuse you send you the information until 4pm for check in and all you want to do is know the check in process and get in at 4pm not hang around waiting for the messages when it could have been done prior and to allow you straight in at 4pm. It’s a good job there are plenty of bath towels as we had to use one as a tea towel. The one dish cloth that was left looked like it had been along the floor and was stiff with dirt. Although the apartment sleeps up to 6 people, there was only 2 mugs so not possible to all have a hot drink at the same time. The cutlery drawer was full of dirty utensils which we had to clean and sort through. There is a broken saucepan. The hand soap dispenser was empty and there is no loo roll. Things you’d expect as a minimum really. There are air conditioning units but no remotes or instructions on how to use so another presumption that we weren’t allowed to use it although it is the end of May and temperatures have hit late 20’s early 30’s so it would have been nice to have been able to use the air conditioning. The tv in the bedroom also needs signing out on Netflix as a previous customer has signed in, in what we can presume as Chinese and it’s not possible to understand how to sign out. All these minor things could have been checked and sorted previously which would have made the stay even better.
