The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops,the Tower/Duomo, and we were close to the interesting area around university. Provided everything we needed. Host Amir rescued us in the morning helped find a taxi for us.
The stairs, getting luggage up was difficult, pulling it up 2 flights.

Amit the host was most helpful and told us how to get in the apartment where he’d left some biscuits and coffee and tea and a jug of water in the fridge.
It was a bit noisy in the night with noise coming from the street
