Asunnon sijainti on todella hyvä, kaupat, kahvilat, ravintolat ja monet tutustumiskohteet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä asunnosta. Asunnossa on erittäin hyvä ilmastointi/lämmitys.
Ainoa asia, jota kaipasimme, oli lämmin vesi. Sitä riitti valitettavasti vain alkuviikosta. Saattaa olla, että sekin asia olisi korjaantunut, jos olisimme laittaneet viestiä isännille. Selvisimme kuitenkin viileälläkin vedellä ja vedenkeittimellä.

The house is big enough to fit 6 people properly. The garden is very lovely to chill out in the shade (or sun if you wish to). All the necessary things are available and the whole area is well maintained and feels very cosy. We really had a lovely stay.
Service is really great. We unfortunately had a broken Aircon in one of the rooms, but the next day a whole new system was installed without hassle. Communication is easy and fast.
In the same street there is a coffee shop, a bakery and a pharmacy. One block further there is a small grocery store. It is a 20 minute walk down to the old town or 25 minutes sideways to the newer part of Rhodos city. Even in a 10 minutes walk there is a superb restaurant "Ta Marasia" with local food and wine.
The house is a 20~30 minute drive from the airport which is OK if you have a rental car. Please be advised to rent a car to visit the real beautiful parts such as nature views, ruins of castles and quiet beaches. Also, public transport is not reliable!!
Good to mention, planes fly over this part of town. We didn't find it disturbing at all sitting in the garden. You can hear and see them, but not loudly and inside you cannot hear a sound. (And if you want real quietness you shouldn't visit an island filled with tourists... :D )
For the next visitor: if you are a tiny bit adventurous, please follow the road on the north side of the island and drive west towards Monolithos. On this route and its surroundings you will find beautiful spots with minimal tourists.
Tiny point of attention, the kitchenware (knives etc) are old and need replacement or a check :).

The house is spacious and comfortable, with a big yard. It has very convenient rooms that can accomodate also a big family. The house was clean and check in and check out were flawless. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are two nearby cafes where you can grab a quick breakfast before heading out. We have enjoyed our stay very much.
The only drawback is that the house is a bit far from the old city and the centre of the new city. It takes about 15 minutes of easy walking to reach the old city. Public transportation, including taxis, are not easy to find. Therefore it is better to stay with a car
