ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Villa Durante is a spacious private villa with panoramic pool, nestled in the peaceful countryside of Le Marche region, just a few minutes from the historic center of Cagli. The town, rich in history and tradition, offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere, with charming narrow streets, bustling little squares and cafés perfect for a break or an artisanal gelato. Essential services are close at hand as well, including a bakery with fresh bread, well-stocked supermarkets and small local shops where you can taste high-quality regional products. Inside, the villa combines the rustic charm of wooden-beam ceilings with classic details reinterpreted with a light touch, creating warm, inviting spaces where families and friends can feel at home from the moment they arrive. The pool, featuring a shallow-water area and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, is suitable for guests of all ages, while the portico and large garden invite you to enjoy relaxed outdoor lunches and dinners. With the wood-fired oven and barbecue, cooking outdoors becomes a pleasure to share, whether grilling or tasting local wines. The villa is on two floors both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large hall overlooking the dining room, a living room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a large double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower, double bedroom and lovely mezzanine floor with two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a large living room with TV and sofa, a bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor. Maximum of two pets allowed (small and medium-sized).

We were a group of 11 people and we absolutely loved our stay at Villa Durante! The house has all the necessary amentities we needed. It was very clean, the pool and view was great. the equipment and gas stove, grill and pizza oven inspired to have dinner on the terrace. Very quiet and close enough to Cagli and some of the restaurants in the area. Many thanks to Barbara for the wonderful stay and support along the way!

It was such a wonderful time at one of the most beautiful places I´ve ever seen. The communication was really good and it felt like home there. it was such a wonderful time for us all together at you place and we hope we can come back as soon as possible. Thank you very much!
