The home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with a loft and is 1,488 sqft. It is a two-level home, with a few steps to the entrance door.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, Cali-king bedroom, bathroom and laundry
• Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with full and queen bed, loft area has two single beds for extra sleeping, bathroom

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban

The property was clean and the Location to Rainer National Park was great. Also communication was great as my daughter in law forgot to grab her refrigerated medications on our way out and we were able to pick them up hours after checking-out.

We needed a cabin close to the national park, and this was perfect. After a long hike, it was great to come back, relax in the jacuzzi, and sleep in comfortable beds. The cabin does the job, and communication with the host was quick and responsive. We also stumbled upon a family of deer in the nice quiet neighborhood. That was cute.
