Nearby attractions include the Washington State Fairgrounds, Bradley Lake Park, and Downtown Puyallup’s Farmers Market. You’ll also find easy access to Pacific Lutheran University and Pierce College.

Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted under any circumstances.
No additional visitors or unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles on the premises—no street parking is permitted.
Due to past issues with marijuana and cigarette debris on both our property and neighboring homes, smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.
We kindly ask that any cleaning or maintenance concerns are reported within 2 hours of arrival. This allows us the opportunity to promptly send a crew to address any oversight and ensure your stay is comfortable. After this time, we assume the home is satisfactory. Issues reported later in the stay—especially near checkout—may be difficult for us to verify or resolve.
Pets:
We kindly ask that all pets are disclosed and added to your reservation prior to arrival.
We charge a flat pet fee per stay, which covers up to 2 dogs for the entire length of your stay.
As a pet owner who also travels with my own dog, I’ve structured this as a per-stay fee to keep it more affordable than boarding, while still helping cover the additional cleaning, carpet care, and supplies needed after hosting pets.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests.

Absolutely beautiful home! The home was well furnished with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and even provided shampoo and soap. Laundry room has detergent and nice appliance. The host is easy to get ahold of and answers very quickly. Plenty of room for a large family.

Our stay was a little work and a little down time. This was perfect! The owners were so accommodating and helpful. They were very responsive to questions and made the stay so easy!

I loved the rooms - so much space for all 7 of us. The full size bunk beds were a huge plus, as was the twin bed in the loft. Built in charging ports for the headboards were also a great touch. The hosts were super communicative, and are doing a great job getting a new rental up and going.
