This spacious retreat features a backyard equipped with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. With access to excellent hiking trails and diverse outdoor activities, you're just 8 minutes from the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Your perfect getaway home is ready and waiting!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft and is 1,488 sqft. It is a two-level home, with a few steps to the entrance door.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom, bathroom and laundry
• Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, loft area has a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping, bathroom

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit is prohibited during the burn ban.

This was a great stay after camping in the park. So relaxing, clean and lovely.

The photos accurately represent the property. It was clean and the check in was seamless. The landscaper was on property twice watering the yard and plants. He was very friendly but also made every effort to not factor into our stay.

The house was very spacious and clean. In a quiet neighborhood with easy access to mount rainer national park. We even got to see some cute deer in the backyard! I would suggest bringing your own pillows as the ones provided are hardas a rock. The only negative would be that the hot tob was not on and ready to go when we got there. It was set to 71 degrees and didnt get warmed until nearly 10 oclock at night.

Nice home with comfy beds. Loft was perfect for the 3 year old and even some toys. Only suggestion would be a regular size coffee maker-house sleeps 6-8 but coffee maker only makes 4 cups. Otherwise enjoyed our stay!
